A true ‘Hamsar’ (one who has reached the state of Hamsa) is a person who is with a breath that which when falls on another human (or animal) cures all it’s diseases without any other reason.
Paramahamsar (Supreme Hamsar) should be one who’s even sight when falls on another person it cures of all diseases and all sins conducted by that person (or animal).
